Cloud architects make the decisions that are expensive to reverse: account structure, network topology, service boundaries, and the cost model your platform inherits for years. Most engagements we staff are contract — an architect embedded for a migration, a multi-account redesign, or a FinOps overhaul — because the need is intense but bounded. We screen for architects who have operated what they designed; slideware architecture without production consequence is the pattern we filter hardest against.
